– **Custom Products**: Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. **Return the Product**: If your refund request is approved for a physical product, you will be instructed to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. **Inspection and Approval**: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.
4. **Refund Method**: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.

– Refunds do not include shipping costs, bank or credit card charges, customs duties or any other fees.
– A 15% of original product price restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
